Devan Hafle of Better Homes and Gardens Big Hill Realty, Associate Broker and owner of Preble County Homes Inc. Devan was born and raised in Preble County. He Graduated from Eaton High School in 2011 and obtained his Ohio Real Estate Sales license in the summer of 2012. He graduated from Sinclair Community College in Dayton Ohio in the spring of 2013 with two degrees in Real Estate and Property Management. Devan obtained his Ohio Real Estate Broker’s license in the Spring of 2015 making him the youngest Real Estate Broker in Preble County at the age of 22. But he's not stopping there. Devan plans to finish his Bachelors degree in marketing in the near future along with a Master degree soon after, and obtain his Indiana Real Estate Brokers license within the next year. Paired with his partner and Father Steve Hafle's impressive experience in the field, and Devan's vast knowledge and education in their local real estate market, they can help to accommodate any of your real estate needs.
